The Amesbury Annual Meeting of homeowners will occur every January.  
  • A meeting notice with all the details will be sent out in late November each year.

Volunteer Opportunities!

Did you know that volunteering can make a significant impact in our neighborhood? Our dedicated volunteers have been working hard to identify various opportunities that will enhance our community's beauty and functionality. By volunteering, you not only contribute to the well-being of Amesbury but also help us save on expenses. For instance, by taking care of power washing ourselves, we can allocate around $1,000 for repairs or reserves. This means that every helping hand truly makes a difference! Plus, all volunteer supplies, such as poop bags, garbage bags, paint, etc., will be covered by the HOA – we're just looking for your muscle and enthusiasm!

  • Dog Waste Bag Coordinator - Saving Soles One Scoop at a Time

    As our valiant Dog Waste Bag Coordinator, you'll replenish our strategically placed dog waste bag stations, making sure pet owners have easy access to bags when nature calls for their four-legged friends. Your work will ensure our walkways remain pleasant and poop-free, and you'll become the unsung hero our community's shoes deserve!

  • Park Waste Management Superhero - Don your green cape

    ​We are seeking a brave and dedicated Park Waste Management Superhero to swoop in and save our park from the perils of overflowing garbage! Your mission involves a once-a-month escapade to empty park garbage cans and restore cleanliness and harmony to our beloved green space. You'll be admired by fellow residents and adored by the park's many furry and feathered inhabitants. Not only will you contribute to the well-being of our community, but you'll also earn the eternal gratitude of park-goers who can enjoy a litter-free oasis thanks to your heroic efforts.

  • Sprinkler System Coordinator - True H2O hero needed

    We're on the hunt for a Sprinkler System Coordinator who will bring a splash of fun to the Amesbury community while helping us secure group rates. As our Sprinkler System Coordinator, you'll be in charge of setting up spring backflow testing and irrigation start-up, ensuring that our plants get the much-needed drink they've been longing for all winter. By coordinating these efforts at the neighborhood level, you'll help Amesbury take advantage of group rates, making the process more cost-effective for all. But wait, there's more! You'll also play a crucial role in setting up sprinkler blow out winterization, preparing our beloved green spaces for their annual hibernation.

  • Landscape Committee Member - Bushes and Branches Guru

    ​We're looking for a green-thumbed enthusiast looking to unleash their inner Edward Scissorhands. As a Bushes and Branches Guru, you'll have the rare opportunity to work alongside our dedicated team members to showcase your tree-trimming talents (just once a year, so make it count!), replace dead bushes with lively ones restoring the balance of nature, assist in vital lawn maintenance activities like aeration and fertilization becoming the envy of every blade of grass in Amesbury, and be able to flex your creative muscles by making recommendations for HOA beautification projects that'll leave neighbors awestruck.
  • Community Maintenance Specialist - Calling All Handy Repair Wizards

    We're seeking a fun-loving, creative, and talented Community Maintenance Specialist with a knack for turning the seemingly impossible into reality! You'll work your magic to transform the remains of a once-loved wood bench (currently just lonely legs) into a splendid sitting spot atop our gravel stairs. As our Community Painting Specialist, you'll be our go-to Picasso for giving the park fence a fresh coat of paint to make it pop, touching up the entrance fence and keeping it picture-perfect, inspecting Amesbury signs and adding your artistic touch when needed (it's been a while since 2016!), ensuring mailboxes are clean and sporting their best colors. Bring your creative genius to our neighborhood and leave a lasting impression, we can't wait to see your masterpiece in action!
