Amesbury Simplified Lot Map
The AHA is managed by a three person Board of Directors and four officers: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. There are two active committees - the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Landscape Committee. The ACC reviews all homeowner proposals to modify their homes or their lots (please see Architectural Control for more information). The Landscape Committee plans and makes landscaping changes to the common areas.

From I-405 (either North or South) take SR-520 east for about 5.5 miles, past Redmond Town Center and Marymoor Park
Exit right to SR-202 Redmond Way
At the light off the exit, make a right turn onto Redmond Way. Redmond Way becomes Redmond-Fall City Rd NE.
Take Redmond Way/Redmond-Fall City Rd NE about 6.5 miles to Ames Lake Road
Make a left onto Ames Lake Road and then make a right onto NE 27th Drive, which is the entrance to Amesbury
From I-405 (either North or South) take SR-520 east for about 5.5 miles, past Redmond Town Center and Marymoor Park
Exit right to SR-202 Redmond Way
