Welcome to the Amesbury Homeowners Association website

Located about 7 miles east of Redmond and just south of Ames Lake in unincorporated King County, the neighborhood of Amesbury has 77 homes on 1/2 acre and larger lots.  The neighborhood was constructed in the early- to mid-1990's by William F. Buchan Homes with a variety of rambler and two-story traditional designs. 

With large Native Growth Protection Easements, mature landscaping and larger lots, Amesbury offers a quintessential Northwest flavor to homeowners and their guests.  The neighborhood has an involved Homeowners Association that cares for common areas which include the Amesbury entryway, Neighborhood Park and a short trail.​
